Yeah, it is hard. It's something that sticks with a person. You can never seem to shake it off completely, there's always some tiny part that sticks around. I mean, you can go years feeling really happy, but then it'll just come back, when that one thing pushes you too far... \:\( Let's just hope that you can pull through, I really hate seeing anyone in that state.
